Domestic delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days from the date of dispatch. Actual shipping times may vary based on location, courier efficiency, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

For orders placed from outside India, delivery is typically expected to take 20 to 30 days from the date of dispatch. In the event of issues preventing successful delivery, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 30 to 40 days from when the issue is identified. This refund timeline applies exclusively to international orders.

We currently offer delivery to over 150 countries worldwide. These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. For your security, we deliver to residential or business addresses only—not PO Boxes or public places such as malls or hotels.

If you need to update your delivery address, contact customer support promptly.

You acknowledge that accurate delivery information is essential. The Company shall not be liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

For high-value orders, we may require signature and ID verification upon delivery. If you are unavailable, someone you trust may receive the package on your behalf.

While we strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, public holidays, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events ("Force Majeure Events").

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as practicable with updates on the revised schedule. Delays due to Force Majeure Events shall not constitute a breach of our delivery obligations.
